I also couldnt find my profiles in there, even tho they are normally in that folder. I checkee online and found the profiles in the steam cloud but I cant find the mods folder.

I am using hard economy mod amd with only 3 garages and 15 drivers (half of which are under 5 in skill rating) I make 50k a day so with vanilla economy I assume you would get even more. #3.
