Following the successful release of their 1/48 Lancaster, Hong Kong Models have now scaled down their 1/32 B-25J to the more practical 1/48 scale. This is a brand new tooling and has no ancestry to either the Monogram or Accurate Miniatures B-25 kits in 1/48.

Lindberg 1/64 with all of the above plus opening engine panels, removable engines. Comet 1/96. Aurora 1/72. and, Revell made a set with an 1/79 F-89 and a 1/93 Hustler. Bomb those Russkies, air raid drills once a week in grade school in the 60's (no joke). The Testors Italeri kit is a scale jewel and beyond much criticism.
I reckon the Beagle is one of those major Russian aircraft, practically ignored by the kitmakers. It was the first Russian jet bomber, built in huge numbers and used all over the world. 1/48 would be nice, but it aint happened yet, except in vac-form. Maybe Trumpy is listening. Just google "Il-28," and try adding "1/72" or "walkaround"

Posted July 24, 2015. Right then, off we go. I'm building the Italeri B-58 for this GB. It's not quite accurate, something about its length is wrong. But I don't know the real thing good enough to really spot it. I'm using the most recent release, which comes with a couple nice decal options. I think I will build one with the big 2 on its tail.
